From A Blank Page To $30,000 A Month In Five Months.
A client success company with a real point of view and no revenue engine underneath it. No warm list, no repeatable pipeline, no sales team. Just a founder, an offer worth selling and a wide open market. The job: turn interest into a repeatable monthly number without burning a year of runway on brand building.
The Setup
The offer was strong. What was missing was everything around it. There was no documented ICP, no shared brand language, no content presence on the platforms the buyers actually lived on, and no process for turning attention into conversations, or conversations into cash.
The founder was still the entire sales team. Every good week capped out at their calendar. That was the ceiling we came in to remove.
ICP & Brand Documents
We started with the audience, not the funnel. Before writing a single post or sending a single message, we locked down who the offer was actually for and how they talked about their problem.
- ICP built from the ground up. Documented the exact buyer, their pains, their triggers and the language they used to describe both. No composite avatars, no guesswork.
- Brand documents. Voice, positioning, mechanism, proof points and the non-negotiables of how the offer gets talked about. One source of truth so every future hire, writer and rep sang from the same sheet.
- SOPs across the business. Documented how leads get worked, how content gets produced, how calls get handled and how the CRM gets kept clean. So the machine ran the same way whether the founder was in the room or not.
The Content Engine
With the ICP and voice locked in, we turned on the top of the funnel where the buyer actually spent their day: LinkedIn and Facebook. Not everywhere. Just where it mattered.
- LinkedIn as the credibility layer. Long-form posts mapped to the ICP's exact pains, wins and objections. Built to attract inbound and give the outbound team air cover.
- Facebook as the community and inbound layer. Posts and comments engineered to surface interested buyers already sitting in relevant groups and threads.
- One angle at a time. Every piece of content had a job: educate, agitate, or filter. No brand-building for its own sake. Every post either created a lead or qualified one.
Outbound: Hunting Down The Interested
Content warmed the market, but we didn't wait for it. The team went hunting.
- Signal-based prospecting. Pulled buyers who had already shown intent: engaged with content, followed adjacent voices, posted about the exact problem the offer solved. No spray-and-pray lists.
- Personal outbound at scale. One-to-one messages written off the back of what each prospect had actually said or done. High reply rates because nothing sounded like a template.
- Content and outbound compounding. Prospects would see the outbound, then see the LinkedIn feed, and self-warm before the first call. The two channels didn't compete, they stacked.
Building The Sales Team
As replies started coming back, the bottleneck moved. The founder was doing every call, and the calendar was full. So we built out the layer underneath them.
- Hired sales reps into the offer. Recruited operators who could hold a conversation with the ICP, not commodity closers reading from a script.
- Aligned the team on the ICP and the offer. Trained on the brand documents, the objection library and the language patterns the ICP actually used. Everyone selling the same offer the same way.
- Founder off every call. Once the reps were converting cleanly, the founder came off the phones and went back to product, positioning and delivery. The sales function ran without them.
Why It Worked
There was no funnel hack. We didn't invent a channel. We took a real offer, defined the buyer, showed up where they were, hunted the ones already leaning in, and built a team that could hold the conversation without the founder in the room.
Five months in, the offer was doing $30,000 a month on repeat and the founder was no longer the ceiling.
